The monthly Lions Club meeting is held at the Caddy Shack once a month. Bruce called me yesterday and asked me if I wanted to prepare the food for the meeting and also tend bar. The meals was barbequed pork ribs and red beans and rice. I did the red beans the same as I had done for Mardi Gras and the ribs were slowed cooked in the oven. I ended up catching up with a few of the members of the Lions Club. All from my home town. I had not seen them in a very long time. It was a very enjoyable experience.
